Time Variance Authority (Multiverse)
The Time Variance Authority (or TVA) was formed with the goal of monitoring realities throughout the multiverse and attempting to keep temporal interference to a minimum. they've never had much luck keeping powerful villains like Kang the Conqueror in check. Nor have they stopped the X-Men from screwing up reality over and over. But despite this, the TVA has done its part to keep the Marvel timeline from going too far astray. They literally faceless agents are artificial clones called chronomonitors. the agency does have a handful of higher-ranking judges who enforce the TVA's regulations, including Justice Peace, Justice Love, and Justice Goodwill. The TVA is also led by a mysterious being known as Mr. Alternity. Alternity (Null-Time Zone)
Mr. Alternity is an executive senior member of upper management and the highest unknown ranking of the Time Variance Authority
LOKI's ROLE
we know that a version of the character from before his death in Avengers: Infinity War is still alive and is once again in possession of the Tesseract it's no surprise to learn he'll be butting heads with the members of the TVA. Loki will likely find the TVA to be a very different kind of opponent
There is a scene where Loki is sat on a plane, seemingly alone, with his hair short and slicked back, hands Loki a suitcase full of money. Loki
then winks and says, "You better be ready," to seemingly no one before he jumps from the plane and is intercepted by a similar sort of vortex that we have seen created by the Tesseract and by Bifrost before.
The upcoming Loki series (which follows some of the time travel shenanigans saw in Avengers: Endgame) is the first time that Hiddleston’s god of mischief will be getting top billing. We’ll find out more when Loki debuts releases this upcoming May.
